Terms of service

The main terms that apply when you use Telly or purchase through the service.

Effective for the current Telly launch version · 7 September 2026

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for using Telly only through the account, family, school or business access provided to you. We may ask you to sign in again or complete an additional security step for sensitive actions.

School information and products

School information, product availability, prices and requirements can change. The information shown to you at the time of a transaction is the information that applies to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Orders and payments

An order is confirmed only when Telly shows that the order has been accepted through checkout and the required payment step has completed or been accepted under the applicable payment method. Before you buy, review the seller, price, delivery information and any other material terms shown at checkout.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Eligibility for a return, exchange or refund depends on the item, the order status, the return conditions shown for the transaction and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SmartFit and Ask Telly

Sizing guidance and conversational assistance are support tools. They can help you understand information and possible next steps, but they do not replace the transaction details, school requirements, professional advice where relevant, or the verification required for important actions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Telly, attempt to access another person’s information, bypass security controls, send abusive automated traffic, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms children, families, schools, partners or other users.

Changes and availability

Telly may update, add, remove or temporarily suspend features where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance or service improvement. When a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice where required by law.
