How Telly limits the use of child-related information and protects family privacy.

Who can access child information
Child-related information is available only through the family, school or service access that is relevant to the feature being used. Telly is designed to keep children and families separate so one family’s private information is not shown to another.
Data minimization
We aim to collect child-related information only when it supports a clear service purpose, such as school eligibility, sizing, fulfilment or customer support. We avoid asking for sensitive information simply because it might be useful for analytics.
Safety concerns
If you have a child-safety, privacy or safeguarding concern, contact Telly through the Help centre or We’d like to hear from you. Requests that need specialist or human review are escalated rather than left to automated handling alone.
